Does this replace our inspection software?

No. MultiSet is the spatial layer under it. Your quality, safety or field inspection software keeps the forms, the workflow and the reporting. MultiSet gives every entry a coordinate, so the finding can be returned to.

Can it handle incident reporting as well as quality checks?

Yes. The same anchor works for a near-miss, a hazard or a defect. Reporters stop writing location as prose, which is the main friction behind under-reporting, and analysis gets location as structured data.

How does this compare to as-built documentation and scan to BIM?

Those produce a record of the building. This checks the building against the record, in place, while there is still time to fix it. The two are complementary, and MultiSet ingests the same captures.

What about frequent site changes?
